About This RoleThe Client Services Associate provides high‑level customer care to Sensitech’s food and consumer/industrial customers, building relationships with external customers and internal cross‑functional teams. This position is located in our Beverly, MA office.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain customer relationship management and ERP database records.
- Coordinate with Sales and customers to enter accurate account information.
- Provide order support and manage purchase order/contract review, order qualification, processing, and post‑sales follow‑up.
- Engage with Sales, Professional Services, and Supply Chain to ensure on‑time deliveries and consistent communication.
- Handle phone support, field inbound calls regarding inquiries and orders.
- Manage quote and customer product support, troubleshoot logistics, product, and procedural issues.
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring timely delivery and participating in the complaint process.
- Collaborate with the Client Services team to establish processes and improve efficiency.
- Add value to internal and external customers and support clients’ program/project compliance.
- Qualify and follow up with Sales on leads.
- Process return materials authorizations for post‑sale services.
- Complete projects with minimal supervision and direction.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
- 3+ years of experience with an ERP system (SAP, CRM, Sales Order Entry, Credit Return, inventory and purchasing modules).
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Ability and desire to succeed in a cross‑functional environment.
- Willingness to learn about the client base and industries.
- Experience working with international customers.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- 3+ years of experience in Operations and Logistics Support.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated passion, dedication, professionalism, and proven execution.
- Desire to grow with the company.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior attention to detail for accurate data input and database navigation.
The annual salary for this position ranges from $53,000 to $106,000, depending on skills, education, experience, and unique qualifications.
Other CompensationShort‑term cash incentives may be available subject to plan requirements.
