• Drive occupancy growth through consultative sales and relationship building
• Manage inbound inquiries and generate new referral sources
• Guide prospective residents and families through the decision‑making process
• Coordinate move‑ins and move‑outs while ensuring an exceptional experience
• Build and maintain a positive presence within the local community
• Collaborate with operations and care teams to achieve community goals

• 2+ years of senior living sales experience
• Proven success increasing occupancy and conversion rates
• Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building skills
• Knowledge of senior living regulations and resident confidentiality requirements
• Motivated by performance‑based earnings and measurable results
• Team‑first mentality with a collaborative, approachable leadership style
• Base salary starting around $80K+ (flexible based on experience)
