US is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, can manage jobs independently, and is comfortable operating their own service van. If you have strong hands‑on experience with heat pumps and mini‑splits and want to be part of a company focused on energy‑efficient solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

• Location: Based in Beverly, MA
• Start Date: March 2026
• Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Pay: Based on experience

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Proven ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish
• Comfortable driving and maintaining a company van
• Strong experience with:
  Mini‑split and heat pump installations;
  Line set runs;
  Cover guard installations;
  Indoor and outdoor unit setup
• Ability to read plans, follow specs, and ensure high‑quality installs
• Physically able to lift equipment and work in various weather conditions
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and professional when working in customers’ homes
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills
