AboutThe Role
As an Apprentice Carpenter, you'll gain hands-on experience alongside skilled professionals on high-end residential remodeling projects. This is a growth opportunity for someone who wants to learn, work hard, and take pride in their craft.
What You'll Do- Assist in framing, demolition, repairs, and finish carpentry
- Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Set up, maintain, and break down job sites
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Take direction, ask questions, and build skills daily
- 1–2 years of carpentry experience (formal or hands-on)
- Comfort using basic tools and reading measurements
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- Good communication and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
