Primary responsibilities:
* Welding steel and other materials
* Cutting, torching, and grinding metal components
* Working in all typical New England weather conditions
The preferred candidate will possess:
* Self-starter determination and willingness to take initiative
* Professional demeanor and attitude
* Team-oriented mindset and skills
* Resourcefulness and adaptability
* Rigging skills and/or equipment repairs are a plus
Required qualifications:
* Minimum of 4-6 years of full-time experience working in the field as a welder on structural steel in the construction industry
* Ability to follow directions and interpret drawings and plans
