Primary Responsibilities- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across 11 million square feet of office, retail, and lab space
- Troubleshoot, service, install, and repair commercial HVAC systems such as water-source heat pumps, DX cooling, cooling towers, gas-fired hydronic systems, makeup air units, lab exhaust systems, and variable-frequency drives
- An excellent customer service attitude
- Refrigeration technician license is desirable
- Minimum of five years of experience
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of ductwork design, sizing, and fundamentals

The hourly rate range is $35 - $45, based on experience.
