Director Engineering - Common End Station Engineering

Responsibilities

Direct responsibilities may include a combination of the following:

• Hardware Development:
  Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of a hardware development function for electronic design, mechanical design and/or hardware reliability.
• Software Development:
  Directs, leads, and manages the technical activities of a software development function for software systems, applications and/or software quality assurance.

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of increasing managerial experience. Advanced degree preferred.

U.S. BASE SALARY RANGE: $ - $. This base salary range reflects the typical compensation for this role across U.S. locations. The range provides the opportunity for growth and progression as you develop within the role. Base pay is one part of our U.S. total compensation package which includes eligibility in the Axcelis Team Incentive bonus plan, and a comprehensive benefits package (for regular employees working 20+ hours a week).
