About the Role

Senior Software Engineer on our real‑time telematics IoT platform team, designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that ensure the integrity and efficiency of temperature‑sensitive supply chains. You will work closely with global cross‑functional teams to create innovative solutions addressing real‑time monitoring and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relentless, independent problem solver; self‑directed and assertive decision maker.
  • Engineer with a “zero‑bugs” mindset; focus on fundamentals, performance tuning, and scalability.
  • Full‑Stack Cloud Developer: UI, Web, Design, Middleware, API’s, Database Development, Pipelines.
  • Develop and implement features, tools, API’s, and automation.
  • On‑call production support, operations, maintenance, bug fixes, and roadmap participation.
  • Drive continuous improvement of code, design, architecture, automation, processes, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot production issues related to performance, algorithms, IoT device traffic, and throughput.
  • Partner with external departments to discover, understand, and clarify business requirements.
  • Lead projects end‑to‑end: requirements gathering, implementation, deployment, and production support.
  • Meet deadlines while ensuring on‑time delivery with high quality and minimal defects.
  • Work comfortably in a matrixed agile team environment and aggressive independent projects.
  • Assess cutting‑edge tools to optimize technical and business solutions.
  • Lead and consult with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects and shifting priorities.
  • Leverage AI coding tools, AI agents, and AI tools to boost engineering productivity.
  • Mentor junior team members, champion knowledge sharing and best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years software development experience in C# and .NET Core.
  • 2+ years experience in Angular, React, Vue.js, Svelte, or another modern JavaScript framework.
  • 2+ years experience developing with relational database systems.
  • 2+ years experience with cloud‑native architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Rally, Azure Dev Ops, TFS, Git Hub, and Git Flow.
  • Excellent communication skills across non‑technical departments and functional areas.
  • Experience with microservices architectures.
  • Experience working in globally distributed team environments.
  • Experience building and supporting a SaaS software platform.
  • Experience working with large database tables containing billions of rows.
  • Active interest in new technologies and emerging engineering practices.
Additional Information

This is a hybrid position requiring employees to be in the office 2 days per week in Beverly, Massachusetts. Hybrid work arrangements may be subject to change.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $96,000 and $192,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications.

Other Compensation
