Job DescriptionThis coach is responsible for leading a comprehensive interscholastic outdoor track and field program that promotes athletic development, sportsmanship, and student-athlete growth. The coach will oversee all aspects of the program while ensuring compliance with school, district, league, and MIAA regulations.

Job Requirements- Previous track experience is desirable.
- Previous track experience in either high school, college or both is desirable.
- Knowledge of track and its rules, and ability to instruct players in all facets of the sport.
- Evidence of ability to get along with pupils, parents, colleagues and other citizens.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred.
- Must have proof of MIAA coaching certification. If not currently MIAA coaching certified, must obtain within two years of hire.
