• Open the indoor pool and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all members.
• Provide vigilant lifeguard coverage during early morning swim sessions and classes.
• Engage positively with members while modeling Y values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
• Maintain focus on safety, attention to detail, and teamwork.

• Current Lifeguard certification (required).
• Dependable early-morning work ethic.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Desire to support your community through water safety and wellness.

• Minimum age 18.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• YUSA lifeguard certification preferred, but not required; training may be provided for recertification.
