Pay: $22.00/hour + shift differentials

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (+10%)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (+15%)

We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to support warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a climate-controlled distribution environment. This role focuses on accuracy, safety, and efficiency using modern material handling systems and equipment.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders with a high level of accuracy.
• Sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated material handling systems.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Ensure safe handling of materials to prevent damage and delays.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all PPE and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly (heavier with assistance).
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

• Climate-controlled facility with required PPE.
• Free coffee on all shifts; free food and beverages on 3rd shift.
