Location: Beverly, MA
Pay: $22.00/hour + shift differentials
Shifts Available- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (+10%)
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (+15%)

Job SummaryWe are hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to support warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a climate-controlled distribution environment. This role focuses on accuracy, safety, and efficiency using modern material handling systems and equipment. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in ERP systems, handheld scanners, vertical lift modules (VLM), or inventory auditing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with a high level of accuracy
- Sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated material handling systems
- Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and material tracking (including receipts, cycle counts, and outbound material) to maintain accurate stock levels
- Utilize warehouse technologies such as ERP systems, handheld scanners, or VLM equipment where applicable
- Ensure safe handling of materials to prevent damage and delays
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all PPE and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems, handheld scanners, VLM systems, or inventory auditing processes strongly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly (heavier with assistance)
- Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Climate-controlled facility with required PPE
- Free coffee on all shifts; free food and beverages on 3rd shift
The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
