Administrator III-Logistics

Job Description

• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, bin audits, reconciliation activities, and root cause analysis.
• Perform material handling, staging, and kitting activities to support production and operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required transactions across applicable systems.
• Complete physical and administrative tasks associated with:
  • Receiving
  • Shipping
  • Storing and distributing materials
• Pack products for shipment and prepare required domestic and export documentation.
• Process production, expense, RMA, and virtual receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Execute transactions in ERP and shipping systems, including UPS, Fed Ex, and other applicable platforms.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Warehousing
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Manufacturing operations

• Experience using logistics, inventory, or ERP systems, such as Agile, SAP, or Dynamics AX.
• Familiarity with UPS, Fed Ex, or other shipping platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and follow‑through.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

50% standing, 50% sitting (changes daily). 100% inside.

Pay Range:
The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $16.83 – $41.83. The range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
