Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Pay: $32.00/hour + 10% Shift Differential

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a temporary assignment. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, material handling, and team performance to ensure efficient and accurate movement of materials and finished goods.

• Supervise daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations
• Ensure materials are received from approved vendors and accurately processed into inventory
• Oversee packaging and shipment of finished goods according to specifications and delivery schedules
• Maintain inventory accuracy, material security, and accountability
• Support production schedules by ensuring material availability
• Develop, implement, and improve warehouse processes and operational procedures
• Maintain documentation, records, and performance metrics for operational efficiency
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to drive productivity and performance
• Partner with Human Resources on employee hiring, performance management, and workforce planning

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or distribution leadership
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with inventory control systems, shipping/receiving processes, and warehouse best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment
