High Res Biosolutions is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations in support of our manufacturing of custom lab automation systems and scientific instrumentation. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory, efficient material flow, and timely kitting to support production and customer deliveries.
- Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
- Drive kitting operations to ensure accurate and timely material availability for production builds
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counting and process discipline
- Ensure materials are transacted correctly in the ERP system (D365 preferred)
- Partner closely with Planning, Production, and Procurement to manage shortages, priorities, and material flow
- Establish and enforce standard work, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and develop warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures (ISO environment)
- Monitor and improve on-time delivery, picking accuracy, and inventory performance metrics
- 5–10+ years of experience in warehouse or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting kitting and production operations (not just distribution)
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (D365 preferred)
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational discipline
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience with continuous improvement / Lean principles is a plus
