The Site Lead is responsible for the daily management and operational oversight of the consolidation center warehouse, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate execution of all site activities. This role serves as a primary point of contact for the warehouse, coordinating labor, enforcing safety regulations, managing warehouse operations, and providing critical reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

The Site Lead will play a critical role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations, overseeing inventory and shipments, addressing escalations related to damages, traffic, or other site-specific issues, and ensuring operational goals are consistently met.

This is a hands‑on leadership position. While the Site Lead will be responsible for managing and developing the team and overseeing the overall operation, they must also be willing and able to work directly on the warehouse floor and assist with day‑to‑day activities as needed. This will be particularly important during the initial ramp‑up period and during periods of increased volume or staffing needs.

The successful candidate must be comfortable moving between leadership, administrative, systems, and hands‑on warehouse responsibilities.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in operations management, preferably within a logistics, distribution, or warehousing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and guide diverse teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing day-to-day warehouse or distribution center operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management systems, shipment tracking platforms, ERP systems, and other logistics-related software.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively utilize multiple software platforms to track inventory, shipments, orders, receiving, staging, and other warehouse activities.
• Experience with inventory control, shipment tracking, order fulfillment, receiving, staging, and warehouse reconciliation.
• Experience creating, implementing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Proven ability to train teams on SOPs, reinforce adherence, monitor compliance, and address gaps in execution.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve operational escalations effectively.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Ability and willingness to be hands‑on and actively support warehouse floor operations when needed.
• Hazmat handling or experience working with hazardous materials in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, management, customers, vendors, and external partners.
