Jij zorgt dat de werkplaats draait. Je stuurt monteurs aan, houdt overzicht en werkt zelf mee aan MAN trucks als dat nodig is. In Beverwijk werk je vooral aan zwaar materieel. Geen gedoe, gewoon aanpakken.
Je werkt in een klein en hecht team. Korte lijnen, duidelijke communicatie. Samen met de werkplaatschef Alfons en de andere voorman Ard zorg je dat alles loopt zoals het moet. Jullie helpen elkaar en zorgen dat het werk goed én gezellig blijft.
