Fabric Engineer FM Service Provider
- Commercial Building London - £22 per hour Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in London. CBW is currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer, the successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and experienceworkingwithin a healthcare environment . Working within a team on-site, he or she will need to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance.

Working hours Monday
- Friday 08:00am-17:00pm On-going contract £22 per hour (umbrella) Overtime available Immediate start Key

Duties & Responsibilities Painting & Decorating General fabric repairs Furniture moves porterage Fixing Furniture Hanging Pictures & Shelves Maintain and update Log books Assist the maintenance team on site e.g PPMs, fire alarm tests, tap temp checks, flushing Escort sub-contractors To undertake basic Fabric duties which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.

Requirements Knowledge of commercial building maintenance An understanding of most building fabric duties Good communication skills Health & Safety experience Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use) Ability to deliver excellent customer service Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload Please send your CV to Jordyn atcbwstaffingsolutions.comfor more information
