• Lead, coach, and develop a team of five Personal Lines Sales Advisors
• Drive sales performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently achieved
• Deliver regular coaching, 1 to 1s, and performance reviews
• Support team members with complex customer enquiries and sales conversations
• Monitor quality, compliance, and customer experience standards
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and conversion rates
• Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high performing team environment

• Experience in personal lines insurance, ideally within a sales focused environment
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team or someone who has been seconded into a leadership role and is now looking to take on this type of opportunity full time
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer journeys, and compliance
• Confident communicator with a hands on, people first leadership style
• Driven, organised, and passionate about delivering results
• Able to balance commercial focus with exceptional customer care
