Installation HVAC Tech
We are R & T Yoder HVAC, Inc in Columbus, OH, looking for a full‑time experienced HVAC Installation Technician. The role offers a competitive wage of up to $40/hour, a $300 sign‑on bonus, and a company vehicle.

- 4+ years of HVAC field experience
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
- Experience removing old HVAC systems and installing new ones
- Perform routine maintenance and run pipe and duct systems through homes
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and refrigeration cycles
- Train junior team members
- Communicate with clients, including explaining technical information in layman’s terms
- Field sales experience and ordering/maintaining equipment
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Strong problem‑solving, self‑motivation, service orientation, punctuality, and reliability
Salary: $30 – $40 per hour.
