Tired of Leading Crews Without Clear Rewards or Growth?
At most construction companies, moving up into leadership depends on who you know, luck, or taking on extra stress without compensation. LMG is building something different. We created the LMG Foreman Career & Pay System
-a clear, objective pathway that evaluates and rewards you based on your leadership, jobsite planning, quality control, safety, and crew results. You will always know where you stand, what skills you need to develop, and exactly what it takes to reach the next pay tier.
$25–$32 per hour, plus overtime and quarterly bonuses
Starting pay is based on your proven construction skills, field experience, and demonstrated leadership ability. If you are joining us from another crew, you will not be required to take a pay cut to enter the Foreman track.
Foreman Pay Levels- Level 1:
Foreman in Training | $25–$27 per hour - Level 2:
Foreman | $28–$29 per hour - Level 3:
Advanced Foreman | $30–$31 per hour - Level 4:
Senior Foreman | $32 per hour
Foremen can earn up to $1,500 per quarter ($6,000/year) based on crew performance, hitting deadlines, maintaining high quality, customer satisfaction, and safe project execution.
Clear Pay ReviewsEvery new Foreman completes a 30-day field validation period to demonstrate their daily planning, plan reading, and crew leadership. After that, progress and compensation are reviewed on a predictable schedule:
- After your first 30 days
- On Day 90
- Every 90 days after that
LMG builds complete outdoor-living spaces throughout Central Ohio. Our projects include:
- Fiberglass and Biodesign pools
- Paver patios and walkways
- Retaining walls and outdoor kitchens
- Poured and stamped concrete
- Wood and composite decks
- Fencing, pergolas, pavilions, and outdoor structures
- Drainage, grading, and excavation
- Landscape installation, lighting, irrigation, and specialty systems
A Foreman does not need to know how to build everything on day one, but you must understand how to read plans, plan daily work, use equipment, and guide your crew to execute quality work safely.
What Makes This Opportunity Different?A great laborer does great work. A great Foreman helps the entire crew do great work.
At LMG, the Foreman role is a distinct leadership path with clear expectations. You are responsible for:
- The Plan: Setting daily production goals, organizing tools/materials, and running the schedule.
- The Crew: Assigning tasks, giving clear instructions, keeping people working efficiently, and developing less-experienced laborers.
- The Quality: Catching errors early, avoiding preventable rework, and protecting customer property.
- The Communication: Keeping Project Managers informed, completing daily logs/photos, and handling field interactions with customers professionally.
If you prove your ability to run successful jobs, your career path continues toward Project Manager and Company Leadership.
Who We Are Looking ForYou may be a strong fit if you:

- Lead by setting a positive example, holding crew members accountable, and treating people with respect
- Identify problems early and communicate with Project Managers before delays or mistakes happen
