You will know where you stand, what you need to learn, and what it takes to reach the next pay level. What You Can Earn $20–$30 per hour, plus overtime Starting pay is based on your experience and demonstrated ability. Every new employee completes a two-week field-validation period. We want to see what you can actually do-not just what is written on your application.

Fiberglass and Biodesign pools Paver patios and walkways Retaining walls and outdoor kitchens Poured and stamped concrete Wood and composite decks Fencing, pergolas, pavilions, and outdoor structures Drainage, grading, and excavation Landscape installation Lighting, irrigation, and specialty outdoor systems You do not need to know how to do everything. We are interested in experienced tradespeople, equipment operators, and hardworking entry-level candidates who want to learn.

Equipment Opportunities Depending on your experience and role, you may operate or train on:
Company trucks and trailers Skid steers and compact track loaders Mini-excavators Saws, compactors, and specialty construction tools LMG certifies employees as they prove they can use tools and equipment safely and correctly.
