Finishing Engg; Civil- Rajnandgaon

Position: Finishing Engg (Civil- Rajnandgaon)
Execution of Finishing Works:
Masonry, plastering, tiling (floor and wall), painting, and waterproofing
Installation of door frames, shutters, false ceilings, and stone cladding
Carpentry, façade treatments, and structural steel finishing
Quality Control:
Ensure finishing materials meet quality standards
Conduct site inspections and snag identification
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality checks
Project Coordination:
Work with contractors, vendors, and project managers
Align finishing work with architectural drawings and specifications
Monitor progress and resolve technical issues on-site
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain daily progress reports
Track material usage and labor productivity
Assist in budgeting and scheduling finishing activities

Education :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Skills:

Strong understanding of interior finishing materials
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
Familiarity with safety and compliance standards
Good communication and team coordination
