Senior Content Writer Manager

Role Summary
The Content Manager is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing content across digital and offline platforms to build brand presence, engage audiences, and support business objectives. This role involves content strategy, content writing and listing creations, team coordination, performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities :
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business and brand goals
Create content calendars for digital, social, website, campaigns, and product launches
Identify content opportunities based on trends, customer insights, and market research

Content Creation & Management :
Write briefs for products to be listed on online platforms - create Amazon listings content, including briefs to given for creating high-quality listing images and enhanced brand content
Ensure all product features and functionalities are comprehensively covered in the images and listing content
Edit, proofread, and optimize content
Manage a team of graphic designers and get product images created from them for online , social , website and more

Performance & Analytics:
Benchmark product listing with competition to compare listing quality
Measure engagement, conversions, reach, and ROI
Use insights to improve content strategy and effectiveness

Team & Stakeholder Coordination:
Manage the graphic designing team
Coordinate with product, sales, HR, and leadership teams for content needs
Support internal communication
