Pal Heights, a luxury 4-star hotel in the city center beside a shopping mall, and Pal Heights Mantra, a modern hotel located on the way to Cuttack. Pal Heights Mantra offers a blend of urban convenience and scenic greenery, overlooking a busy highway and natural surroundings. Both hotels feature well-appointed rooms, banquets, multiple dining outlets, coffee shops, bars, a gym, spa, swimming pool, and a night club, catering to business stays, vacations, honeymoons, weddings, and conferences.
Role Description The In Room Dining Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of in-room dining service. This role includes managing order-taking, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms, and maintaining high service standards. The In Room Dining Executive supervises the in-room dining team, monitors presentation and hygiene, and ensures compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures.
The role also involves handling guest requests and feedback, collaborating with kitchen and restaurant teams, updating menus and promotions, and supporting training and scheduling to optimize service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with guests and build positive relationships.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear order coordination and effective collaboration with team members.
Proven Team Management and Organization Skills to lead in-room dining staff, manage schedules, and maintain smooth operations.
Experience in hotel food and beverage service, preferably in-room dining.
Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene standards and attention to detail in service presentation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per hotel operations.
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
Proficiency in English for effective guest communication.
