Purpose of the Role: To lead district-level public health interventions by activating community forums, integrating digital solutions, mentoring public health workforce, and driving data-informed planning to strengthen public health systems and align with state health priorities.
Key Deliverables:
Facilitate activation and regular functioning of public health forums (VHSNC, JAS, RKS, Panchayat Samiti, District Health Society), ensuring systematic documentation of community demands and service delivery gaps.
Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews to identify operational gaps, track community feedback, and ensure appropriate redressal through coordination with district and state authorities.
Develop and Monitor district-level micro plans aligned with state priorities, ensuring timely implementation of project activities and adherence to established KPIs.
Compile and present data-based insights from community and district reviews to inform state-level policy decisions, highlighting systemic gaps and best practices for health system strengthening.
Lead and mentor project team, improve capacity building process of public health workforce and institutionalize continuous learning and leadership programs at the district level.
Facilitate the rollout and adoption of digital health solutions in alignment with ABDM objectives; ensure seamless data integration, monitoring, and real-time reporting through digital platforms.
Foster effective collaboration between government departments, development partners, and internal teams to ensure convergence of efforts and policy alignment at district and state levels.
Represent the district in state-level reviews, advocating for community priorities and supporting systemic reforms that promote equitable and efficient healthcare delivery.
Any other duty as assigned by State Program Lead
Minimum Qualification:
Post graduate degree in Public Health, Social Work, Rural Development or related field
Salary Package - Maximum up to Rs. 1.2 Lakhs (Monthly CTC)
Work experience in years: 3 - 8 Years
