Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager, based in Bhubaneswar.

The Area Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a designated area, develop and implement business strategies, and manage a team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, monitoring team performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance regulations. The role also involves providing training and mentorship to the team to enhance individual and collective performance.

Strong leadership, team management, and people management skills
Sales strategy development, business development, and client relationship management expertise
Proficiency in analyzing market trends and utilizing insights to drive performance
Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and time management abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets in a competitive environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred
