About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and ownership-oriented Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and operations of a large-scale public sector mobility project in Odisha. This role requires strong execution capability, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work closely with government authorities while ensuring operational excellence and SLA compliance. The Project Manager will act as the single point of accountability for project success, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution & Team Leadership
- Lead end-to-end implementation and operational management of the Odisha project.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing on-ground support team.
- Ensure seamless coordination between Operations, Technology, and other internal teams.
- Drive timely execution of project deliverables aligned with organizational and contractual commitments.

Operational Excellence

- Ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance and maintain high operational performance standards.
- Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure smooth operational transition under new tenders or contract renewals.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Government & Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with government stakeholders and officials.
- Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and reporting standards.
- Represent the organization in official meetings and reviews with key stakeholders.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

- Experience managing large-scale projects, preferably in mobility, IMTS, or technology-enabled services.
- Proven experience in stakeholder and government relationship management.
- Hands-on experience in managing, designing, and deploying multi-tenant IT/ICT solutions for Government or Public Sector projects in India
- Strong operational and execution background.
