Project In-Charge​/GM Mining

Position: Project In-Charge/ GM Mining
Job Summary:

We are looking for a candidate to lead end-to-end mining project operations, ensuring safe production, statutory compliance, cost control and effective coordination across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Head overall project operations and act as single-point accountability
Lead cross-functional teams (Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, HR, Safety, Stores, Accounts)
Ensure production, quality, cost and safety targets are achieved
Ensure compliance with DGMS guidelines, Mines Act and statutory requirements
Oversee HEMM availability, maintenance coordination and manpower deployment
Review MIS, budgets, performance and project costs
Coordinate with corporate office and local authorities

Qualifications &

Experience:

Degree / Diploma in Mining / Mechanical or related discipline
First Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency is preferred
8+ years of experience  in heading mining projects or large site operations
15–25 years of total experience in mining

Candidates with strong leadership, cross-functional knowledge, and site execution skills will be preferred.
