40 hours per week Monday to Friday Summary of role:
As a Hard Landscaping Foreman, you will be responsible for leading the team on site and keeping projects running smoothly day to day. Its a hands-on role, making sure work is done properly, on time, and to a high standard. You will organise the team, keep things on track, and lead by example to deliver quality results on every project.
Key Responsibilities Supervising and leading landscaping teams on-site Managing day-to-day operations of hard landscaping projects Reading and working from plans and technical drawings Organising materials, deliveries, and site logistics Ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard Carrying out and overseeing, paving and porcelain installation. Brickwork and blockwork Decking and fencing Retaining walls and steps Groundworks and drainage, setting out levels and foundations Maintaining health & safety standards on-site Liaising professionally with clients, designers, and management About You Experienced hard landscaper with strong leadership skills
Experience with premium landscaping being great but not essential Strong knowledge of paving, porcelain, brickwork, decking, drainage, and groundworks Reliable, professional, and well organised Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to maintain high standards and meet project deadlines Confident in supporting, managing, and leading a workforc Requirements:
Previous hard landscaping experience Strong management and leadership skills Full UK driving licence Effective English communication skills Able to travel reliably across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas Right to work in the UK required; sponsorship is not available
