- Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and account maintenance.
- Process weekly payroll through Paychex while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation for management review.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with the company’s CPA by providing monthly financial information and year‑end accounting support.
- Support day‑to‑day HR administration, including employee records, onboarding paperwork, and payroll‑related documentation.
- Assist with maintaining employee handbook policies and utilizing the Paychex HR module to support HR processes.
- Manage company insurance policies and other administrative functions as needed.
- Collaborate with the administrative team and provide cross‑functional support to help ensure smooth office operations.
