About the position
We are seeking a full‑time employee to serve as Executive Assistant supporting one of our clients—a large, national restaurant chain. You will partner with other Boldly team members to provide executive assistance to select executives in the company. The role focuses heavily on scheduling and calendar management in a fast‑paced environment. The client is located on the East Coast, so you must be available during East Coast business hours.
As a full‑time W2 employee, your work will be 100 % remote and flexible with no night or weekend work. You will be expected to work a 40‑hour week with flexibility in the hours you choose.
Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support and executive assistance.
- Manage calendars for multiple executives and schedule external meetings across time zones.
- Create travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as required.
- Minimum of 7 years of direct experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant.
- Advanced knowledge of online software such as Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, and other productivity tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with excellent time‑management skills.
- Rapid learning of new tools and systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

The pay range is $27–$31 per hour, based on location:
- California & New York: $29 per hour.
- Washington, New Jersey, Colorado, & Massachusetts: $28 per hour.
- All other locations: $27 per hour.
