Global Learning & Development Coordinator
As a Global Learning & Development Coordinator, you will coordinate inductions and company-wide training, support the learning management system, and help your stakeholders get fast, consistent answers.
Responsibilities- Coordinating induction schedules and mandatory learning sessions to support a smooth start for new colleagues and stronger engagement.
- Managing central learning inboxes and responding to queries to deliver a responsive, customer-focused service for the wider business.
- Supporting LMS administration, including testing, first-line user support, and basic troubleshooting to keep learning accessible and on track.
- Tracking learning completion and maintaining accurate trackers and learning logs to support governance and reliable reporting.
- Liaising with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to plan sessions and align delivery with business priorities.
- Identifying process improvements within HR and L&D administration to improve consistency, reduce delays, and raise service quality.

- Experience supporting a busy HR or learning & development team in an administrative capacity
- Strong time management and attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information
- Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with systems, data, and reporting
- LMS experience is beneficial (for example Zensai, Go 1 or similar learning platforms)
- Interest in L&D and HR, with a client-facing mindset and eagerness to interact and connect with all stakeholders across an organisation
You can access the role by public transport or via on-site parking. The role supports hybrid working, with an expectation to attend the office at least 3 days per week and to work across two Oxford based offices
