Position: Product Manager (Retention and Rewards)

The Role

We are hiring a Product Manager, Retention & Rewards to own strategy and execution for increasing monthly active users (MAUs) and strengthening long-term engagement.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role with full ownership of retention and engagement initiatives. You will lead the roadmap for rewards, lifecycle engagement, and in-product experiences that deepen habit formation and long-term value.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and data to build durable growth loops and scalable retention systems.

What You’ll Own
  • MAU growth and retention across key lifecycle milestones
  • Rewards strategy and roadmap (earning, redemption, ledger experience, expansion)
  • Lifecycle strategy across email, push, SMS, and in-product messaging
  • Experimentation and analytics to identify high-leverage retention opportunities
  • Cross-functional execution to ship features that increase engagement and long-term value
  • Strategic input on product economics, user value, and support impact
  • Platform-level thinking across rewards, engagement tools, and core user flows
What You Bring
  • Proven experience as a retention, lifecycle, or rewards-focused product manager in a consumer or fintech environment
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort working in SQL; able to build dashboards and use data to guide decisions
  • Track record of leading high-impact initiatives in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to translate complex retention mechanics into intuitive product experiences
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from first principles
  • A high-performing individual contributor who enjoys ownership and deep work
