Contract Administrator

Biddeford, ME | Hybrid (2–3 Days Onsite) | Full-Time | $85,000–$100,000

A growing advanced manufacturing company is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of U.S. Government and commercial contracts. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative contracts team supporting high-profile government and commercial programs.

Responsibilities:

• Administer government and commercial contracts from proposal through closeout
• Review and negotiate contract terms and customer agreements
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and EAR regulations
• Partner with cross-functional teams on contract execution and risk management
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and compliance records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 2–6+ years of contracts administration experience
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and EAR
• Government contracts experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
