Merchandise Planning & Insights Analyst

• Analyze merchandise performance across apparel and home to identify trends
• Support the planning team through data preparation, analysis and scenario modeling
• Maintain recurring reporting and planning tools
• Assist in developing analyses that communicate findings and insights
• Utilize business intelligence tools supporting the planning organization

• Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising or related field
• Experience with business intelligence, reporting and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Curious, detail-oriented and eager to learn the merchandise planning function
• Passion for retail and an interest in building a career within a premium lifestyle brand
• Must reside in New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine or Massachusetts
• May need to work on site at the Franconia or Exeter, New Hampshire office as needed
