We’re looking for a Freelance Art Supervisor to support our GSW LA team. This role requires working PST hours and a strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual ability.
Pharma agency experience is required.

At GSW, we blend art and science to create impactful healthcare campaigns - developing brand experiences that involve, inspire, educate, and activate audiences.

• Lead concept development in partnership with Copy and cross-functional teams
• Oversee multiple brands and provide creative direction to Art Directors
• Present and sell ideas internally and to clients
• Ensure high-quality execution across channels and timely delivery
• Act as a hands‑on contributor while mentoring junior team members

• 4+ years of healthcare/pharma agency experience
• Strong conceptual thinking and design skills
• Proven ability to lead creative work and collaborate with clients
• Experience across 360 campaigns and multiple channels

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $85, but may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
