Overview
Customer Service Administrator position is part of the customer service team reporting to Customer Service Supervisor.
- On site position 5 days per week for the first 3-6 months for the training period. Hybrid schedule available thereafter.

- Schedule:
Monday-Friday, approximately 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm
2+ years prior experience in customer service and contract administration required, in a manufacturing environment preferred. Handling customer orders/contracts for finished manufactured products.
1-2 years’ experience managing government contracts in a manufacturing environment required, including reviewing contract terms, ensuring compliance with agency regulations, and coordinating with internal teams to meet contractual obligations.
Must have strong organizational, communications and accuracy with data skills. Experience managing group purchasing organization (GPO) contracts highly preferred.
