Our Ritual is looking for a part-time Member Matching Specialist to be the first touchpoint for new members. You will conduct intake sessions and match them with the right experts, ensuring a warm onboarding experience. Strong communication skills and empathy are essential in this engaging role.
You would be expected to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, particularly during high-demand hours from 5 PM – 10 PM ET. Compensation ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, based on experience.
