Strategic HubSpot Marketing Consultant

In this role you’ll work with customers to transform their marketing with Hub Spot. You’ll collaborate with customers to understand their business goals, marketing objectives and challenges. You’ll pay close attention to the data (and understand how to tweak the reports if they aren’t right), and develop marketing strategies using Hub Spot which speak to the customer’s audience and compel them to convert into valuable customers.

You know that for marketing strategies to make a difference, Hub Spot doesn’t always have to work alone. You can recognise when to connect other systems to get the results you need and can architect the most effective martech stack for your customer. Automation and AI will be high on your agenda. You don’t see them as buzz words, but as tools that provide an injection of power to any campaign.

You’re a double‑threat – an experienced marketer who is an expert in technology. You love getting your teeth stuck into creating long‑term marketing strategies for customers, but you also get excited by helping with ad‑hoc challenges that match a marketer’s skillset. Taking accountability is second‑nature to you, but you know that accountability doesn’t mean that you work entirely alone. You share problems and ideas with your team if it helps you to find the perfect solution for your customer.

Work flexible hours at home and at the office. You’ll get half a day each week to level up your skills and £650 a year to spend on your mental wellbeing. After five years, you’ll get a month‑long, paid sabbatical.
