July 6 – July 30, Monday‑Thursday, 8:00‑12:00
- Eligible for the appropriate Maine Department of Education certification.
- Experience working with students with developmental delays.
- Review and reinforce learning previously introduced by the classroom or special education teacher and assist in drill and practice activities.
- Participate in required workshops as requested by Building Leader, Supervisor, or Director.
- Perform non‑instructional, non‑evaluating functions including suspension of students.
- Assist in preparation of instructional materials or provide classroom management functions during emergency drills, assemblies, play periods, etc.
- Located along the Atlantic coastline with miles of beaches
- Views of the Saco River to its west
- Less than 20 minutes south of the Greater Portland Area
- Less than two hours north of Boston
- Home to a growing population of diverse residents
- Maine's youngest city, median age 29 in the historic downtown
