Dayton Early Childhood Special Education Program is looking for an Education Technician III
- Pre-K. Qualifications include being eligible for appropriate Maine Department of Education certification (022) and holding a high school diploma or GED equivalent, plus 3 years of post-secondary education (60 credits). Brief job duties include working one to one and with small groups of students to implement curriculum, instruction and assessments, assisting with building duties and routine tasks as assigned by the principal and supervising teachers, preparing and organizing materials for instruction as requested by teachers and supervisors, assisting with the supervision of students during emergency drills, assemblies, play periods, field trips, etc.,
and assisting students with lunch, snack, and clean up routines. Developing and administering school elementary curriculum. Equal Opportunity:
