School DescriptionThe Biddeford Intermediate School serves grades 3-4. We expect staff and students to embrace our three key pillars of learning: discovery, educating the whole child, and supporting them with a positive culture and climate.
BriefJob Duties
- Developing and administering school elementary curriculum
- Conducting ongoing assessments of student learning and modifying instructional methods to fit individual student needs, including students with special needs
- Encouraging parental involvement in students' education.
Maine Department of Education Certification - Elementary Teacher. Criminal History Record Check (CHRC), which includes fingerprints on file with the Maine Department of Education.
EducationBachelor's from an accredited college or university in education or a related discipline.
CompensationBased on education level, experience, and per the collective bargaining agreement. Range: $49,519 - $93,024.
