Education Technician II
Dayton Early Childhood Special Education Program is looking for an Education Technician II. Qualifications include being eligible for appropriate Maine Department of Education certification (022) and a high school diploma or GED equivalent, plus 3 years of post-secondary education (60 credits).
Brief
Job Duties:
- Works one to one and with small groups of students to implement curriculum, instruction and assessments.
- Assists with building duties and routine tasks as assigned by the principal and supervising teachers (i.e. recess, lunch, bus duty, etc.).
- Prepares and organizes materials for instruction as requested by teachers and supervisors.
- Assists with the supervision of students during emergency drills, assemblies, play periods, field trips, etc.
- Assists students with lunch, snack, and clean up routines.
- Developing and administering school elementary curriculum.

Compensation:
Based on education level, experience, and per the collective bargaining agreement Range: $18.25 - $26.50 per hour.
