• In this role, you will lead manufacturing operations to support competitive bids, optimize processes, and manage new equipment installations
• You will provide customer-facing technical support and partner with sales, quality, and management to ensure operational excellence
• Further, you will oversee process analysis, equipment selection, capital project justification, and deployment/validation of new production processes
• You will monitor plant performance—including capacity, profitability, COPQ, and non-conformances—to drive data-based improvements and risk mitigation
• You will ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality standards through strong governance and process control
• You will recruit, develop, coach, and motivate team members while establishing succession plans, clear expectations, and a strong continuous-improvement culture

• You will have a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (advanced degree preferred) with 3–5 years of management experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment
• In addition, you will have strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• You will have demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills with the ability to extract and interpret data
• You will have proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with control systems, PLCs, and common manufacturing process equipment
• You will be an effective collaborator with the ability to work across business leaders, operations teams, and frontline employees
• Also, you will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills—both written and verbal
