Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for an Engineering Project Manager role in Biddeford, ME. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and operations to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements to ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
• Facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors to communicate project status and resolve technical issues.
• Support new product development, process improvements, and capital equipment projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout all phases of the project.
• Prepare reports, project updates, and performance metrics for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience managing engineering or manufacturing projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering principles, and project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, ERP systems, AutoCAD, Solid Works, or similar engineering software is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound business decisions.
