A high-growth digital health and telemedicine company is seeking a Head / VP of Finance to join the Executive Leadership Team. This role will lead all aspects of financial strategy, FP&A, and capital planning to drive scalability, profitability, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Drive cash flow management, capital planning, and fundraising strategy (equity & debt).
- Build scalable financial systems and performance dashboards.
- Oversee accounting, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Partner cross-functionally with executive leaders to optimise margins and resource allocation.
- 15+ years of finance leadership in digital health, telehealth, SaaS, or D2C.
- Experience as the senior-most finance leader (Head, VP, or CFO) at a company that has scaled to $100M+ in revenue.
- Proven track record in FP&A, capital raises, and growth strategy.
- Strong grasp of GAAP, cashflow, and subscription-based business models.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
