Supporting accurate and timely customer billing, the full-time Senior Billing Specialist will manage invoicing processes, resolve billing inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms
- Execute various billing processes, including manual invoicing and system uploads, while maintaining billing schedules and master data
- Serve as the primary contact for customer billing inquiries and coordinate resolution of billing-related disputes with internal teams
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required;
Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations
- Strong understanding of subscription and project-based billing processes
- Experience with ERP or billing systems;
Net Suite experience strongly preferred - Proficient in Excel, including data reconciliations and pivot tables
