- 12-hour shifts (7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.)
- 36 guaranteed hours weekly
- Every other weekend required
- No call responsibilities
- Float as needed
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care on a 44-bed med-surg/post‑op telemetry unit with embedded intermediate care beds
- Manage complex clinical interventions including IVs, PCA, epidurals, ketamine drips, wound care, tracheostomies, chest tubes, and specialized monitoring
- Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and communication
- Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team focused on high‑acuity cardiovascular and med‑telemetry patient populations
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience in a high-acuity setting
- Strong skills in cardiac telemetry patient care are highly preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt flexibly, and maintain accountability in fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working under unit policies including fragrance‑free requirements and professional attire standards
- Work in a supportive team environment that values excellence and fun
