Pay rate: $15.10 – $15.85/hr depending on position, shift, certifications, and experience.

Part‑time position available: 2p‑6p with every other weekend (16 hours). Per diems are also available – work hours are scheduled on an as‑needed basis for those seeking flexibility.

As a Dietary Aide at New Communities' assisted living community – Biddeford Estates – you will support seniors to live life fully by working as part of the dining team. You will assist the dining team to ensure each resident receives the appropriate meal, maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and food service areas, and understand residents’ individual service plans as they relate to their dining needs.

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma/GED preferred, but not required
• One year of experience in a food service setting and experience working with the elderly/disabled population is preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
